Erica Packer (born Erica Baxter in 1977) is an Australian singer and model. She is also the wife of Australia's richest man, James Packer.

She released her debut single, "I Spy" on October 14, 2006 through SonyBMG. Her debut album "Through My Eyes" was released on April 28, 2007.

Personal life

She married James Packer, on June 20, 2007 after dating on and off for four years. The wedding was at the Antibes town hall, or Hotel de Ville on the French Riviera. The total cost of the wedding celebrations are estimated to have been around A$15 million.

Music career

In 2001, Erica released a single with dance act 040, entitled "Dreams" in Australia and the United Kingdom.

In 2006, it was announced that Erica had signed with Sony BMG was releasing her debut single, "I Spy" on October 14, 2006. The single was written by English singer, Natasha Bedingfield. The single debuted at #72 on the charts spending only two weeks in the Top 100 and peaking at #57. Although the song managed to peak at #37 on the Physical Singles Chart.

On April 28, 2007, Sony BMG released Erica's debut album, "Through My Eyes".

Erica was to have a cover of The Pretenders, "I'll Stand By You" on the "Home: Songs Of Hope & Journey" album although for unknown reasons, her version never made the final cut.
