Managers and Commentators

Talented wrestling managers and commentators are an important aspect of having a successful wrestling promotion. It is fairly well acknowledged that WWF has superior managers and commentators to that of WCW.
Managers are there to create interest, whether to assist getting "heat", look beautiful, or gain the fans support. A good wrestlers manager can help make a bad match ok, or a good match great.
Commentators also play an important role.
For example, some WWF matches are not exactly technically perfect, however Jim Ross and friends do their job so well, that they make the match interesting, and make it seem better than it actually was. On the other hand, sometimes in WCW, there may be a 4 or 5 star match occurring in the ring, but because the announcers are not calling the action as they should, whether instructed to, or not, it takes away from the match. This sometimes happens when the Japanese and Lucha wrestlers are performing their matches.
